During the overeating phase the body`s tissues and muscles are rebuilt, metabolism is increased, and glycogen reserves are refilled.<br/><br/>Between morning and lunch, a glass or two of water, coffee, tea, fresh fruits, or fresh juice are allowed. From lunch to dinner, dieters are allowed to drink tea, coffee, fresh juice from fruits or vegetables, or eat fruits.<br/><br/></div>
