Weight loss for newbies is both hard and easy. Hard because you have so much information to sort through and easy because you’re a blank slate that just wants results, not dogma. I’m going to share with you 2 easy tips that’ll get you losing weight in no time flat. If you have 2 free minutes right now, you’d be wise to use them reading this article.
Weight Loss for Newbies
1. Eat soup or salad before 2-3 meals each day
Yep, it’s quite boring and quite simple. BUT… it’s also QUITE EFFECTIVE. Look, you probably fair cutting calories because you don’t want to starve. So by eating some soup or a salad before you’re meal, you’re basically filling yourself up to the point where you won’t be able to eat a good 25% of the rest of your meal.
This will save you a ton of calories, even when taking into account the calories from the soup or salad. Make sure the salad is all vegetables and the soup is some sort of vegetable/lentil/black bean type of soup.
2. Walk up and down your stairs
Again, very simple and basic. I can WOW YOU with a lot of tips and tricks, but I don’t want you to rely on those things entirely. If you have stairs in your house, this is perfect. If you don’t, but live in an apartment building or condo building that does have stairs, this can also work.
Just take 15-20 minutes of your time and walk up and down the stairs. It has to be non-stop. Often I have people email me saying they walk up and down the stairs enough. Well, NO YOU DON’T. Do it exactly as I outlined it and you’ll lose weight. Do this walking at least 5 days a week.
Weight loss for newbies… the easy way when following the 2 tips above.
