3. Eating your breakfast keeps your stomach full for most of the day so stop skipping your breakfast as it slows down your metabolism.
4. As with your age your metabolism slows down you either have to eat less or exercise more to avoid gaining weight, we should improve and change our life style with our age.
5. Do not cross your eating boundaries; do not fill up your stomach so much that it makes you lazy and drowsy.
